寬光譜帶域光學膜厚監(jiān)控儀

HOM4是用于光學精密鍍膜機的寬光譜帶域的光學膜厚監(jiān)控儀。具有與HOM2-RT-S1相同的波長帶域，測光方式也可以自動切換透過，反射模式。由于分光器的小型化實現(xiàn)了節(jié)省空間，成本的目的，設置空間與原來的HOM2系列一樣。

Monitoring wavelength can be automatically controlled from 350 - 2400nm.
Space-saving design with the modification of monochromator. (installation space is as same as that for HOM2 series.)
Transmittance and reflectance monitoring mode are available and can be switched automatically.
